Current• Contributed to Agile Delivery function by drafting content on the what, why, and how of agile ceremonies and techniques which were uploaded to a knowledge hub that serves as a one-stop-shop for scrum master onboarding• Implemented a pre-refinement session held between the scrum master, product owner, and tech lead which allowed the rest of the developers on the team to gain back an additional hour to dedicate towards work in the sprint while also cutting down team refinement sessions from 2 hours to 1 hour• Coached the product owner on drafting a DoR (Definition of Ready) and writing user stories based on the INVEST criteria which lead to more efficient refinement sessions where teams refined twice as many story points in half the time and also cut down sprint planning sessions from 2 hours to one hour• Introduced ice breakers and team social hour to encourage team building and strengthen bond which lead to an increase in trust amongst team members, positively affecting the quality of retrospective action items and how the developers collaborate throughout the sprint• Coached team product owners on Jira linking hierarchies between objectives, initiatives, epics, and stories/spikes/bugs which resulted in cleaner dashboards and also improved visibility for transparency• Oversaw capitalization and expense reports for the entire program and worked closely with all product owners to ensure all teams across the value streams were within budget for the period
