1. Responsible for Post Occupancy projects for all PAN India sites2. Reviewing the project's tracker and providing the project status report to stack holders3. Reviewing the POP TT's and updating the progress of works 5. Before intake the project, ensure related documents are updated in the TT to start the site surveys 6. Designing the security systems as per the standard polices to proceed further for approval process.7. Need to validate the quotes as per the MSA contract costing.8. Support to all MAC work to our team and ensure the team 100% updated the project progress in Adaptive works - project tool 9. Coordinate with concern teams for project related support to clear the dependency.10. Completion of projects as per the agreed timeline 11. Ensuring the installation works are completed as per the quality standard. 12. Validating the invoices are per supply and installation completion 13. Ensure the floor drawing are updated

1. Maintain and track the AMC's & contract for security system for all India Sites and renewal as applicable.2. Maintain the adequate attic stock for all sites and verify periodically the stock of spares with city SPOC and also raise the purchase requests for used items with the required justification and approvals within the forecasted budgets.3. Takeover the new completed project from the Technical Project manager with all required documents like HOP’s, warranty certificate and asbuilt drawings.4. Forecasting the annual budget for maintenance of Security systems5. Reducing the false alarms by analyzing the alarms report and providing the support to team on resolving the issues6. Tracking all service cases to analyze the reoccurring issues to provide permanent resolution 7. Resolve the technical issues with coordination of respective site VAR's as per the agreed SLA's and escalate any long pending issues to Regional Mangers for support requires.8. Support to all MAC work to our team and ensure the team 100% updated the project progress in clarizen as this will share bi-weekly to GREF leaders.

The role responsibilities include• Understanding of ACS physical design policies • Understanding of ACS access control and CCTV systems • Working with the Data, I.M and alarm analytics manager work to reduce mechanical and human based false alarms to ACS acceptable levels • Identifying and fixing either directly or through escalation to local vendors and/or security manager teams the root cause of alarms• Working with the IMAC coordinator (Installation, Move, Add, Changes) serve as the main point of contact (POC) for quarterly site maintenance and vendor service works• Ensuring site maintenances are conducted as outlined by the AMC contract and any follow up actions taken as required • Coordinating site access for ACS vendors to conduct service and maintenance works • Assisting ACS security OPs teams with technical aspects of Standard Operating procedures development

Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, orothers on company property.Develop, recommend, or manage security procedures for operations or processes, such assecurity call centers, system acquisition, development, and maintenance, access control,program models, or reporting tools.Purchase security-related supplies, equipment, or technology for new expansion projects.Managing Security operations - Photo badge printing, Access request, CCTV monitoring andAlarm monitoring for PAN India sites with help of 12 SSA’s.Coordinating with Project team and Vendor to complete the new projects in given timeline.Resolving the technical issues related to access control and CCTV system within the SLA.Coordination with BAC - Business Assurance Center for Alarm dispatching for PAN india sitesand incident reports. Conducting periodic Security audits and fire drills for all sites, coordination with business team -Work flow management for without any production loss.

Proactive Access control and CCTV device troubleshooting Deep dive on security issues utilizing large data sets (Alarm Management)5.SIM ticketing (Requesting, Assigning and Resolving)6. Mitigated risk by providing immediate and effective emergency response tovaried security breaches.

 Coordinating with Vendors and Contractors for the timely completion of the Project.  Execution the Project as per Approved Drawings, Specifications, Scope of Work and Quality.  Preparation of the variations and clarifying with the consultant and getting the approval at the same time  Studying Engineering Drawings & Preparing the Bills Forecasting of Material for the continuously work flow Proper co-ordination with our other Departments like Planning,Civl Main Contractor Completion of Project.  Managing the Projects and try to reduce the Expenditure.  Maintaining the good relation with Client, PMC, Vendors, and Contractor Complete the Project in the time line of client requirement. Monitoring site progress/Supervision and quality of installation.
