Practice areas: Banking and Finance: negotiations, financial transactions structure, as well as compliance. - Drafting, reviewing and validating contracts and agreements pertaining banks operations, in addition to, syndicated loans. - Drafting and reviewing the forms for granting loans and validating them to be in line with the regulations of the Central Bank of Jordan. - Preparing studies and do research on banks projects. Company formations and incorporations: articles of incorporation, preparing EGM, OGM and BoD minutes of meeting, presenting the companies before the official entities, acquiring permits, and approvals. Debt recovery: commercial and personal debt, amicable resolutions, or legal actions. Intellectual property: trademarks, patents and copyright. Preparing and filing trademarks applications, renewals, patents search, patent prosecution, models and industrial design prosecution, and any other matters related to IP. Labor and Employment: Employer services, Employment services, notices letters, termination letters, disciplinary, employee remuneration disputes. Translating: Translating legal contracts, forms, notices and laws, or any type of legal material needed by the client.
