Managed and grew department from $1M budget and 7 employees to $3.3M with 35 employees, while supplying Linvatec global needs for tools, fixtures and semi-automated production equipmment.Redesigned division by establishing design, fabrication, assembly and testing departments while developing and implementing a rapid prototyping process. Manufacturing operations were streamlined and noncritical purchasing activities were outsourced. Implemented world class manufacturing concepts that achieved outstanding results.

Designed tools, fixtures and gauges to support the manufacture and service of pneumatic and electrical medical devices. Participated on new product development teams. Frequently sought out by production team for hands on expertise to help them improve manufacturing processes.

Retained for 18 months as a consultant following closure of Largo facility due to unique skills in both product design and manufacturing processes to provide technology leadership in transitioning business from Largo, Florida to Sandia, Albuquerque. Provided leadership for driving design and manufacture at Sandia.

Designed and fabricated neutron generator product piece parts and the tooling and fixturing required to fabricate the product. Provided extensive technical expertise for the design and fabrication of molded electronic assemblies.
