BroadbandTV Corporation is a Canadian media and technology company. The company is the second-largest video property by unique viewers across the top 12 countries in the world, according to ComScore. BBTV helps digital creators improve, upscale and upgrade their channels. Building a consistent and strong ecosystem across online social media platforms.I oversaw the maintenance of the company’s flagship application, VISO alongside two Chrome extensions, each serving distinct purposes, internal and external. Furthermore, I was in charge of enhancing and overseeing an orchestration layer responsible for coordinating backend APIs—around 14 in total, encompassing both internal and external ones—and the entire BBTV website ecosystem, developed in Svelte/Sveltekit.My work involved not only implementing new features and functionalities but also continuously improving the codebase. I achieved this by refining and modernizing the existing architecture, adhering to industry best practices such as SOLID and DRY principles, and applying React best practices with a focus on Web Performance Optimization (WPO). Additionally, I enhanced server-side applications with an emphasis on memory management and scalability, created documentation, and developed tests from scratch, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.This also included pair programming sessions, code reviews, code concepts and architectural insights. I had the privilege of mentoring junior developers, offering guidance and assistance in their professional careers.I actively participated in decision-making processes and product meetings. My contributions and suggestions significantly influenced the development of features and the creation of entirely new products, which received positive feedback and consistently made a positive impact on the product. I find this aspect of my job both challenging and extremely rewarding. I am able to see and measure the outcomes of my involvement across the company.

FI.Span operates in the financial market, serving as an intermediary between banks and their companies customers.I developed plugins there for various cloud ERPs. I was responsible for developing the principal Fispan white-labelled plugin. Those plugins are composed of complex backend and front-end layers orchestrating ERP records and company's platform data.I was also responsible for another exclusive plugin, designed to improve ERP user life's. Handling and keeping a piece of complex payment data, creating a consistent standardization of data and serving as facilitators of Fispan services.Another special feature that I created was a webpack plugin to handle building and deploy React code on Oracle Netsuite Cloud. I Was responsible for the development of the architecture, technology, and environment not only for TASTE customers but also for the TASTE itself. On a TDD (Test Driven Development) splitting backend and frontend development heading to a single source of truth between both represented. Work & Co is one of the largest digital agencies in the world, the award list is a bit large.I participated in the development of the site of "Oi" Telecom, launched in Nov/2015, for those who do not know what "Oi" means 'Hello', or 'Hi'. But it is also the brand of the largest telephone company in South America.That was my first project using ReactJS. I participated on removing a JQuery implementation that ran inside Vignette CMS and replaced that with a ReactJS in the front end. The biggest challenge of this project was to meet 15 million monthly accesses and more than 5560 cities performatively without leaving the Vignette platform behind. The solution decided on create a static API with all the necessary content for each city in it's respective payload. This Static API was pre-built using NodeJS (mental note, no Gatsby or NextJS at this time), it got served statically, due to those Vignette restrictions. That was very interesting in the end, where it was called "a picture of React inside a Vignette".
