- Team lead for Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Operations Portal Development; led a team of 5 software engineers using React 18, ArcGIS Enterprise, and PostgreSQL on an Amazon Web Services server stack (both Windows Server 2019 and RHEL 8).- Created consolidated database of US EMS platforms and emitters from 6 disparate data sources. Normalized CSV, JSON, and XML data for easy ingest into a PostgreSQL database. Constructed database schema, complete with tables, views, functions, and procedures, to house consolidated data. Used Safe Feature Manipulation Engine (FME), an Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) application, to automate data ingest and manipulation.- Cleared technical debt in existing React code base, using a CycloneDX Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) to update major components and dependencies to versions that have a Certificate to Field (CTF).- Updated GitLab CI/CD pipeline to incorporate deployment stage, where none existed before; previous pipeline only had build and test stages. Package is now built on merge for move to SIPRNET enclave, enabling Continuous Delivery.

- Completed fellowship in Integrated Research and Development group within L3Harris’ Agile Development and Engineering Directorate, utilizing Java (Oracle Helidon), React 16, Rocky Linux, Podman, and GitLab.- Researched and closed security gaps (web scraping, role-based authentication, etc.) in prototype communications platform. Used Python and Selenium to verify system security after implementing Shadow DOM to hide sensitive details. Introduced user profile roles in KeyCloak authentication service to fulfill Least Privilege principles.

- Formerly known as the Career Development Course (CDC) Writer; responsible for the curation and assembly of digital Learning Programs for skill level upgrade within the Computer Systems Programming career field.- Curated and assembled online content for the creation of Learning Programs, used for skill level upgrade training for 450 software developers.- Developed and published interactive training modules to be used as part of the Learning Programs on Platform One, utilizing React 14 and GitLab.- Automated squadron/group business processes using scripts written in Python and PowerShell.- Advised first major rewrite of Software Development Operations Initial Skills course since 2012; transitioning from waterfall-based .NET and SQL development to Agile (Extreme Programming), JavaScript frameworks, and Python.- Completed four-month internship with AFWERX-Austin, learning Python, React Native, and Figma, as well as building a prototype app for the flying training mission at Altus AFB, OK.

Managed training resources and fielded requirements for the Global Command and Control Systems (GCCS) joint-service C2 system. Led curriculum update for 24 courses, covering topics from Solaris system administration to Oracle/Sybase databases. Interacted with course owners at Headquarters Air Force to receive guidance and secure funding for in-residence training at Keesler AFB and a detachment at Fort Meade, MD, as well as Mobile Training Teams to take training "on the road".

Maintained legacy IBM System/370 assembly code in support of the US Strategic Command mission. Upon promotion to E-5 (Staff Sergeant), led a team of 4 military and 2 civilian developers to add features and squash bugs in a system consisting of over 7 million lines of code, ensuring effective communication across five missile and strategic bomber wings. Assisted in developing a prototype to modernize the legacy system, utilizing Visual C++.
