I represent the organization at official functions, notify all members of meetings, prepare the organisation's calendar of events, keep minutes of every meeting and keep records of all members and events of the organization.

Proofread, edited, and finalised 30 country reports on forced labour and trafficking in persons.Managed a novel global online database and took responsibility for updating 60 country profiles, ensuring that all data from finalised reports was successfully migrated to the repository.

Marketed and sold laptop skins via social media and got them installed for customers in Accra, Ghana.

Proof-read articles and other write up on banners, in brochures and on fliers. I read through articles and other write ups and make all the necessary corrections.Assisted with analysing and giving suggestions on how well artworks should look. I learnt fundamental skills in designing complimentary cards, fliers and event invite cards using Adobe Illustrator.I did thorough research on the use of Femto-LASIK in eye defect corrections and thought through ways it can be patronized in Ghana.I also introduced a new client to the company for whom we created a logo and branded t-shirts.

I coordinated executive meetings and general meetings. I ensured that all programs were planned a term prior to be approved.
