- Managing the Development board at men's agency SUPA. - Overseeing two Junior bookers on the board - delegating between the team members and liaising with other teams at the agency. - Managing show seasons, creation of show packages and co-ordinating the logistics around that time.

Role includes: - Overseeing the Development board at men's agency SUPA. - Supporting new models as they begin in the industry, while developing their portfolios and client base. - Working with a large number of production agencies, brands and creatives to provide models for a wide variety of jobs such as editorials, campaigns, runway shows, lookbooks, fashion films, e-commerce shoots, online content, fittings and showrooms. - Collaborating with colleagues to ensure that each model's activities are strategically planned and their needs are met both in terms of personal guidance, and also meeting and working with the appropriate clients for their projected career path.

Role included:- Supporting the booking team by assisting with the input of job, client and model data into the booking calendar. - Co-ordinating travel and accommodation for models. - Researching new potential clients and partners for the company. - Updating social media with newly released content featuring the agency's models.
