Current- Monitor the performance and health of networks, servers, and communication links.- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents in real time to minimize downtime.- Respond to alerts and outages, diagnosing and solving issues quickly.- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot FortiGate (FG) firewalls, Cisco routers, and Cradlepoint devices to ensure optimal network performance and security.- Work closely with field technicians to provide remote support for network equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance at various sites.
