As Assistant Highway engineer, responsible for – Assist Highway engineer in checking all highway / pavement design being prepared by the concessionaire. Assist in supervision of highway / pavement construction work Assist in ensuring execution of highway / pavement works on site as per specifications and standards. Assist in supervision of remedial works during O &M Assist Team leader in preparation of various project reports Checking the method statements ,review construction drawings Checking of surface levels as per the tolerance levels and conducting field tests to ensure required quality works Attending the RFI’S and closing on day to day basis for the construction activities of the EPC contractor of the concessionaire. Preparation of progress reports To prepare /issue of NCR’S on the activities of the construction not conforming to the specifications of highway sections.
