I am also a trained arbitrator for commercial disputes, certified by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc. and duly-accredited by the DOJ-Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution and the Philippine International Center for Dispute Resolution. I also regularly collaborate with foreign counsel on matters involving Philippine law elements, and advise clients on the best strategies and solutions to protect their interests and rights.
