Embedded Support Tools (now Wind River Systems) is a worldwide provider of integrated hardware and software tools for programming, testing and debugging embedded systems. During my time at EST I lead the implementation of their first ERP solution and put in place the governance necessary for a fast growing company.

Our group was part of credit and risk policy for the loan portfolio that was later sold off to Citizen's bank. Our job was to visit client sites and review the records, controls and other evidence to assess the quality of the collateral and the accuracy of reporting by the debtors.
