Project Manager for the complete Canrig Robotic Technologies AS delivery to the Aker BP Valhall “Performinator Project”. Responsible for all customer relations including follow up of all Canrig deliveries to all of Aker BP’s sub vendors, such as, but not limited to; Archer, Apply, inventas, Intellilift, Eatops. Canrig delivery is a complete Robotic pipe handling system with fully automated drilling and tripping capabilities. System can also be run in manual mode. Responsible for following-up supplier through the TCC (Thermomechanical Cuttings Cleaner) manufacturing and test process (Thermtech AS). Managing and follow up the installation on the Johan Sverdrup Drilling platform. Installation will be performed in Haugesund in April/May 2018Managing manufacturing process and supplier follow-up for the BSRS delivery (Bulk Storage Retrievable System) (Tratec-Halvorsen AS and SCOMI Oilfield Services). Cuttings will be temporary stored in the tanks prior to being processed in the TCC. Follow-up and plan for installation on the Drilling Platform April/May 2018.Assisting with manufacturing process and vendor follow-up for the SLOP treatment unit (IKM Production Technology AS). Will follow-up and plan for installation on the Johan Svedrup Drilling Platform in April/May 2018. Follow up all offshore installations SOW's until end of Des 2018.

Belford Dolphin RS2015 preparations, Des2013 - Nov/2015Mainly involved in the preparation process for the Belford Dolphin RS2015 yard stay planned for Q3/2015. Acting in the position as Assistant Project Manager. Focus on DNV Class Renewal requirements. Follow up technical engineers, planner and purchasing during the planning and preparation phase.Jan - March/2015 Preparing and completing the project Quality Plan and the Project Execution Plan, all according to the master Project Execution Manual.Preparing and planning for Pre-yard and Transit RS activities to complete as much a possible of the RS scope prior to yard stay. Continued operation activities limits the number of activities possible.Sept - Dec/2014Participated in the yard selection process for the RS. Assorted yards visited and audited by inspecting the yards internal management systems and available yard facilities. Yard names: Asry in Bahrain, DrydocksWorld in Dubai, Sembawang, Keppel Tuas and Jurong Tuas in Singapore. Blackford Dolphin RS2013, Dec/2013-June/2014 Attended the 5 year RS for Blackford Dolphin while in dry dock at the Harland & Wolff ship yard in Belfast. Followed-up the Commissioning processes for new installed equipment and following up client "rig intake" issues. Main contact point for the Client rig-intake inspection consultants. Client engaged "Aberdeen Drilling Consultants" (ADC) to verify rig status. ADC inspected all areas of the rig to comply with regulations and Dolphin Drilling procedures. Cooperating rig intake report from ADC with operations in Aberdeen and rig crew. Project period from Dec/13 --> June/14.Borgholm Dolphin yard stay at CCB, Feb/Mars-2014Short period as Assistant Project Manager. Rig was undergoing an anchor winch overhaul with gear, clutch and brake system repairs and also chain wheel (gypsy wheel) weld repairs. MacGregor Pusnes and DNV attending yard stay to survey and approve repair processes. Prepared folder and SMIR for doumentation package.

Deepsea Metro 2, Brazil, Rio de Janeiro and Aracaju, Client: Petrobras. Worked first part of 2012 in Brazil (March - September). Acted as on site project manager on the Deepsea Metro 2 preparing the drillship for operations for Petrobras. Petrobras and their detailed contracts resulted in numerous modifications that had to be completed on the ship prior to operations. Engineering staff - mainly european, assisted by local engineers, Executing personnel only locals (Brazilians). Punch closing period lasted mainly through all 2012. Island Innovator, Indonesia - Bintan and Norway - Hanøytangen, Rig owner: Maracc, Client Lundin.Period Oct/2012 - Nov/2013Project Manager on site for the Lundin 3rd party vendors. (Baker Hughes - MWD / Mudlogging / Wireline / SLOP handling / Cuttings handling / Cement unit upgrade, Weatherford, Halliburton, Rig IT, RigNet and Oceaneering). Contact point for all 3rd party vendors and sub vendors as Maracc coordinated and completed several sub projects related to the 3rd party installations. Technical adviser for the ODT engineering team in cases where equipment functionality was questioned and to ease the engineers understanding of the systems purposes. Project completion Nov./2013

Profitek was to built up an offshore related project and engineering department in Stavanger. Started as department manager and was given the responsibility to hire project managers and engineers for the department. Was in the meantime also acting as a project manager/engineer and was tendering several jobs for local companies in Stavanger and also in Bergen. Hired 4 project engineers and 8 local offshore electricians for the department. Additional resources was on an as needed basis sourced from the main office in Bergen. Revenue varied from 12 - 30MNOK depending on size and timeline of projects.Had responsibility for the departments cash balance and cash flow during the period. All purchases was handled locally.Main clients: Total E&P Norway, Odfjell Drilling, Keafer Energy, Seawell/Archer, Seadrill, North Atlantic Drilling, Talisman, Baker Hughes

Repair & Maintenace manager for the Baker Hughes MWD and Mudlogging workshops in Luanda and Soyo. Approximately 80 emplyees within 6 departments: Shipping, Stores, Downhole tools -Electronics & Mechanics, Surface systems - Mudlogging & MWD. Travelling between the locations Lauanda and Soyo on a weekly basis. Vendor relations contact for local and South African suppliers.Responsible for asset planning and involved in equipment import/export decissions. Budget planning/cost control.

Supervising the outdoor storage facilities for conteiners and units and all downhole MWD/LWD tools, Mudmotors, stabelizers, and assorted subs related to the drilling processes.Attended an on call rota for any workshop follow up after regular hours. All workshop departments included.
