Programmamanager Medicatie - Klinisch Informaticus
Binnen het RZCC ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de programmalijn medicatie. Het verhogen van de medicatieveiligheid staat hoog op de agenda van veel zorgverleners. Als klinisch informaticus draag ik hier in de regio zuidoost Brabant aan bij door de transmurale uitwisseling van medicatie gegevens zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen. Ik geloof er in dat het tijdig beschikken over relevante informatie, de basis is voor het verhogen van de medicatieveiligheid voor de patiënt.Binnen het programma medicatie vertaal ik de behoeftes van de stakeholders (huisartsen, apotheken, ziekenhuizen, VV&T en GGZ) in een concrete projecten. Concrete projecten die samen leiden tot de stip aan de horizon: verhoogde medicatieveiligheid. Het is mijn taak om met respect voor de interne strategie van de aangesloten instellingen, een regionale informatiestrategie te ontwerpen en te beheren. Naast het vormgeven aan de programmalijn medicatie, leid ik ook concrete projecten binnen het RZCC zoals: - Veilige huisartsenzorg in oost Brabant- Pilot verzenden vooraankondiging medicatie voorschrift via het LSP- Ontslag Medicatie- Digitaal verwijzen en aanvragen (doorlopend)Tenslotte ben ik ook actief in landelijke werkgroepen zoals- Werkgroep gespecificeerde toestemming (VWS)- Medicatieproces 2.0 (Nictiz)- Regionaal Architectuur Platform (Nictiz / RSO NL)
