First and foremost, I love working in the fields of R&D, process and product development and developing new skills. I have always been captivated with the idea of finding solutions to existing problems and deliver the needs. Obviously, this is a never ending puzzle that I am passionate about making my contribution to the solution. This passion carried me through my education. I spent several years improving my diverse background to meet the requirements of the ever-growing technology. It started with my B.Sc. project which allowed me to understand how complicated it can be to design an industrial system. Later, synthesis of nanoparticles with various techniques opened a whole new world for me. For my first professional contract, as a PhD researcher, I was given the opportunity to work on a new-for-me and very complex subject. This required fast adaptation, developing new skills, combining practical skills with theoretical knowledge and hard work. I gained extensive experience in thin film growth by atomic layer deposition (ALD) and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and various material characterization techniques. I also assisted different teaching programs. Apart from these, this position also required a relocation for me, which of course added a lot more challenges than I could have imagined. At the end, I learned truly how much there is certainly more to learn.I recently completed three online courses, namely; "Six Sigma White Belt (Accredited) + 6 Sigma Case, Six Sigma Green Belt (+ Excel Application) and Lean Management Certification Course (BKO Accredited) + Case courses''. I am currently following an online R-programming language course, which will be followed by Statistical Process Control, Root Cause Analysis, and Phyton-language courses.You may get a brief overview of my skills below.
