Lou Lifrieri, a retired Aerospace Industry executive, has been employing state of the art building techniques into homes since 1997. Attracted to renewable Sun and Wind energy with an engineering focus of technology, Lou projects the perfect combination of self reliance, and practical innovativeness, to achieve the highest results. Lou’s latest custom design is a 4350 sq ft log home perched high atop King Joe’s Mountain in the North Poconos with natural secluded access. Solar and wind create the ideal compliment for this Off Grid living legacy. The cabin was designed as a family retreat. “It was designed for our family to get together and enjoy the four season recreation of North Eastern Pennsylvania.” Lou says “Watching the kids grow up, earn responsibility, and push their own boundaries in an outdoor environment is the best payoff in life!” As a veteran, Lou never loses sight of our Nation’s critical issues, always looking for a way to help our troops whether it be with charitable organizations or providing decisive intelligence on the battlefield.
