Successful business sold in year 7 of operations with revenues of $6M+ and national distribution.• Created strategic plan for university-sponsored non-profit to become self-supporting via strategic marketing and key sales agreements with city and regional governments in role of contract COO. Organization received grant funding for further expansion.• Led cross-functional, multi-location team in the development of integrated software development and project management process for ERP Software Company.
