I am a counsellor and supervisor in private practice. I am also Clinical Director of Arun Counselling. I am a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor. I have over twenty years experience of working with people of all ages and helping them recover from and manage a broad range of mental health issues. My latest book, Child Development and the Brain is published by Policy Press. A 2nd edition is due out in March 2023.I am also an Associate Lecturer with the Open University, tutoring on Counselling and Mental Health (D241).
