Initially seconded from the UK Government and laterally employed directly by the EU, responsible for producing and maintaining verbatim transcripts live in Court and in Prosecution interviews at various locations throughout Kosovo, as well as at various internal meetings within the organisation itself. Additional responsibility for scheduling staffing levels and attendance at all hearings in relation to both Court Recorders and International Interpreters. Assignment of translation services for written documents, including large case files and strictly confidential documents in relation to live cases at Court and cases under investigation across multiple jurisdictions throughout Europe.

Responsible for assisting in providing comprehensive administration services to a Chamber of Advocates at various levels of practice, ranging from Junior level to QC. Responsible for scheduling appearance in Court for each member and managing any conflicts that may arise. Responsible for managing written undertakings for each member in terms of taking instruction on their behalf, facilitating it's progress when in the hands of the Advocate in question and ensuring return to instructing agents within strict deadlines. Responsible for assisting in negotiating fee agreements on an individual basis. Worked closely with instructing agents from various solicitor's firms across Scotland and recommended specific advocates based on their skills and their perceived match to the agent's requirements. Responsible for booking meeting rooms, ensuring specific AV facilities were in place for national and international videolink conferences and all other administrative functions as required for each Advocate.

Working from the position of Administrative Assistant in the Commissary department, assisting in all areas of wills and estates services within the Court, progressing to Administrative Officer level within the Civil section. This included work at various times within the general Civil department, involving scheduling and preparation of individual cases concerning summary cause, property disputes, sequestration, general civil matters, divorce and hearings under the mental health act. Preparation of cases for appearance before each of the seventeen Sheriffs sitting in Court, as well as controlling workflow within the case management systems involving written submissions from each party in each case as prescribed under Scots Law and Statute. Laterally progressed to become responsible for Adoption within Lothian and Borders, based at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, which included case preparation and maintenance, liaison between curators ad litem, adoption agencies, local authorities and individual Sheriffs overseeing each case. This work included clerking at hearings before the Court during various stages of the adoption process.
