• Led a successful financial and operational restructuring, taking the company through a four-month, organized Chapter 11 process. As a result, Charming Charlie de-levered the business by 60% and cut $40M+ in operating costs and cash flow improvements• Assisted CEO and merchant teams in reducing a large vendor base by approximately 55%, along with improving weeks of supply to 12-14-week targets and store and on-line sell through performance• Partnered with CEO to redesign entire organization post-Chapter 11, from Senior Team scope and responsibilities to store/ecomm operations and back office. • Assisted CEO and Executive Team in driving performance transformation at Haggar, resulting in a 200+% EBITDA growth over a four-year period• Helped lead various acquisition efforts, including a successful expansion into Women’s Wear through buying Tribal Sportswear based in Canada• Led various back office and operational initiatives and teams, including turnaround of 87 Haggar brick-and-mortar locations along with Planning and Allocation and Distribution center process and people redesign

• Managed company’s efforts in testing and expanding into mainland China. Included acquisition of existing flash sales website and company in Shanghai and expansion of Neiman Marcus ecomm capabilities in China• Helped manage various IT and strategic initiatives for Finance function for the company

Led market planning, store approval, and performance evaluation efforts for Rent-a-Center’s various domestic and international rent-to-own brands. Included all domestic M&A activities for the RAC brand. Included implementation of GIS software and analytics (Alteryx & MapInfo). Managed a team of three GIS and financial analysts. Supported development team in the implementation of standard processes, systems evaluation, and project tracking for multiple brands.

Created and led firm’s Strategic Planning and Analysis (SP&A) practice, which assists clients with the development and management of performance turnaround plans, long and short-term financial projection models, contract renegotiation and business line analyses, ongoing reporting tools, and system / process rationalization.Led various transaction service engagements, including buy and sell-side due diligence efforts. Projects included assessing historical and forecast earnings sustainability, identifying accounting and business carve-out issues, analyzing working capital trends, reviewing financial models, and determining potential costs reductions.
