I have consistently illustrated on an international basis my ability to lead multi-skilled teams through all phases of property development and have been a successful negotiator and motivator with both stakeholders and shareholders. Having worked in a multicultural South Africa I understand the complexities of ethnic differences and am able to motivate professionals and contractors from many backgrounds into successful teams. My private and corporate experience in managing businesses has made me commercially astute. I conduct all negotiations as though the businesses were my own, making sound calculated decisions, through research and planning, constantly assessing risk and ensuring profitability in a non-adversarial environment.
