Managing a team that performs Modal Testing using LMS, NSMS (Blade Tip Timing), APEX, and Polytec Data Acquisition Systems. Team compares ANSYS analytical results to test results to ensure accurate correlation. Team also installs IMTK Crystals, Thermocouples, and Pressure Taps onto hardware that are used in engine tests to provide engineering validation and development.

Led Production Acceptance and Development Tests on seven different gas turbine engine models. Provided leadership for the entire test facility by coordinating and prioritizing tests in order to align with the business objectives. Developed and trained new engineers so that they are able to fulfill the test objectives efficiently and accurately

Responsible for all design and manufacturing decisions related to the compressor section of Solar Turbine's top selling gas turbine engine. Mentor and lead for multiple design engineers and cross functional teams. Expertise in High Cycle Fatigue Analysis and testing by utilizing ANSYS, Gage Map, and NSMS (blade tip timing).
