I regularly deliver workshops and keynote speeches at various events and conferences, sharing my insights and strategies on how to overcome approval-seeking behaviors and achieve personal and professional growth. My mission is to inspire and support people to discover and express their authentic selves, and to create positive and meaningful changes in their lives.
