Rob’s approach is both responsive and practical, and he prides himself on working closely with his clients to achieve their objectives while ensuring his services remain cost-effective.Over the years Rob has developed expertise in a number of areas including the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate reorganizations, commercial leasing, real estate transactions, wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration and general corporate and commercial matters. He also oversees the firm’s residential conveyancing department.In recent years, Rob has expanded his practice to include a focus on maritime and fisheries law, and a significant portion of his practice is now dedicated to assisting clients in the commercial fishing and maritime sectors with transactional work such as vessel transfers, maritime lending transactions and commercial fishing licence and quota transfers, leases and trusts.Rob also has experience and a particular interest in working closely with family business owners in the area of business restructuring and succession planning.
