My focus at BrandTrends is to create insightful and exciting dashboards using the highest quality market research data on the sentement of a huge database of brands.I design, create and update all of the regular report along with specialised dashboards for our clients so they can exactly how their brands are percieved in markets across the group.

I worked freelance as a BI consultant under the name Miora Services. My purpose was to help work with businesses to allow them to make strong decisions and outperform their competition by empowering them with data, specialising in PowerBI dashboards.I am based in the UAE but we work with clients both locally and remotely across the globe.I worked with clients on the technical aspects of their requirements, using existing or creating new data pipelines to automate processes and build dashboards that summarise complex financial datasets to be used for effective decision making.

• During COVID after recognising that Excel based reporting was becoming outdated, I introduced and implemented PowerBI to the UK business, starting from a blank slate, I successfully converted all the Excel based reporting into PowerBI, creating over 150 dashboards in the process• I am the youngest person with a managerial role in the department and I manage the BI team dedicated to creating new dashboards requested by teams from all around the business as well as acting on feedback for the dashboards that are currently online • After creating all the initial PowerBI dashboards, I then set up the ETL process using Adverity and Azure based SQL servers which now automatically updates 95% of the dashboards on the PowerBI platform daily• Trained over 100 sales team members as well as various key stakeholders around the business in how to use PowerBI creating user guides and doing tutorials over Teams• I am leading a Data Driven Sales Project to enable the wider use of data and predictive models when it comes to better execute our sales strategies with one of the models being used to predict where we need more renewable qualified installers to support the transition from gas boilers to fitting heat pumps which is one of the company’s key strategic pillars
