- Sales and support for the automatic door industry- Midlands, North West and Northern Ireland Regions- Account Management

• Work closely with MD to further develop strategy for growth in automatic door sales• Develop and implement product certification plan for auto door range• Work closely with GDCH to deliver support plan for GDUK• Research and development opportunities• Product prototypes, special solutions / feasibility / product re-engineering.• Excel - maintain production bills of material and costs in conjunction with purchasing system and the stores and materials controller function • Maintain technical information data sheets for customer facing product support documents such as sales literature, standard product drawings• Site product support & trouble shooting

During my many years service with GEZE UK I have performed a range of roles and responsibilities, allowing me detailed knowledge of the GEZE product portfolio. This experience has culminated to my current position of Product Manager and having overall responsibility for the product portfolio in the UK. My main areas of responsibility are;- Ensure National and European regulations are satisfied from CE certification to fire testing- Launch newly developed products from Germany to the UK market- Liaise closely with Germany advising of UK local standards and requirements- Innovations team member with GEZE GmbH, brainstorm and develop new innovative products both for the UK and world markets- Develop UK specific products and model variants- Organize UK and European third party independent fire testing and subsequent certification- On site support for end user and customer base- Report directly to German senior Product Management and UK board of Directors - Advise specifies and architects solutions and options - Project manage sensitive sites and installations
