For seven years, I worked as a lecturer in practice development, developing, evaluating, and delivering training and education in diverse and challenging clinical topics. For over twenty years, I have worked as a Nurse, showing care, compassion, courage, communication, commitment, and competence in all I do. I have clinical expertise covering varied health service areas. This expertise enables me to use my already varied career background and knowledge to assist and educate to aid the individuals’ journeyNow I am running a bespoke training and development company specialising in healthcare and wellbeing. I am adaptive and have a logical problem-solving mind to see the situation or training need from various angles and viewpoints. I thrive on teaching and feel a profound sense of achievement, helping individuals become the best they can be. I can critically analyse my abilities, develop strategies to improve them and adapt my practices and teaching. My interpersonal skills are grounded, and I pride myself on my communication skills and my ability to change my communication style to meet the needs of those around me.
