Project Lead on moving the warehouse operation from Williston, VT to Waterbury, VT while not impacting our customers during the move. Roughly 1000 pallets of product shuttled to the new site, new quick pick locations established, finished goods and components segregated for ease of selection and worked to hire 50% new staff.Also managed the operations at the Williston site with a staff remaining at that site for production receipts and finished goods shipping to Waterbury. 2 teams, 2 sites with limited staff for the start-up.

Assisted in the launch of the Ecomm/DTC shipping area and reduced our order turn around time by about 90% in the first two months. On-time increased to 90%+ with increased first time right. Also took on the management of the Private Label Manufacturing lines where we streamlined processes. Capturing data around capacity was vital to call out scheduling conflicts, level loading the lines and staff size.

Managing a diverse group of individuals on multiple teams over a night shift has been a great experience which made me a more versatile leader.
