• Successful execution of all sales building initiatives and programs in the Deli/Bakery departments for the entire company. Supervised a team of 6 Deli/Bakery Field Specialists and supported 2 districts of 15 stores as.
• Contributed expertise to the corporate acquisition of a 24 store chain with an extensive Deli & Bakery program and developed new policies and procedures that capitalized on the strengths of both companies.
• Assisted with the implementation of a new Deli private label store brand which eliminated 7 different packer labels and resulted in improved brand recognition for the customers
• Implemented a new 7 day a week ordering system for fresh salads which resulted in increased sales and reduced shrink for the category.
• Implemented a new behind the counter coding program that resulted in improved efficiency and reduced supply costs.

• One of two company leaders selected as Operations Experts that supported the IT group in planning the implementation of an Oracle Based ordering platform.

East Region

• Accountable for the local execution of all grocery sales initiatives and programs that supported operations and merchandising to maximize sales and profits. Geographical territory of 71 stores and 6 unique districts.
• Performed position duties simultaneously with the GM/HBC Specialist role until February 2008.
• Supervised the opening of the first Super Giant Food Store in the East Region.

East Region

• Accountable for the local execution of all GM/HBC sales initiatives and programs that supported operations and merchandising to maximize sales and profits. Geographical territory of 68 stores and 6 unique districts.
• Implemented a new method of processing back stock in all stores which resulted in increased efficiency and reduced on hand levels.
• Assisted with a 12 store acquisition and conversion during a one week period.
• Supervised the opening of 10 new stores in two years.
• Developed an inventory transfer system for closed stores which improved efficiency and eliminated excess inventory at all receiving stores.
