Result was an excellent business team (Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain). Co-engineered Sales & Volume forecast methodology from multiple prototypes within 3 months, including building, testing and rolling out. Results were game changing: reduced effort from +200 hours to less than 10, accuracy up about 25% and adopted by the Sales group as the definitive forecast. Analyzed Bagel profitability from a novel perspective. Discovered root cause of Return issue, creating awareness and variety of solutions. Applicable to similar scenarios. Re-built Financial Forecast process to accommodate scaled requirements. Result was increased efficiency, capacity and reliability. Consolidated 3 overlapping KPI reports into an efficient and flexible MS Excel dashboard.
