I have worked in the mechanical and building industry since leaving school in various fields eventually working as a multitrade in the building insurance field.From there I became a surveyor for building insurance claims. This role has, and is continuing to evolve as my own experience, and the progression of the way the insurance claim process leans to a better customer journey through the claim.My role involves validation of multiple claims, including loss adjustment of contents. Scheduling the complete works, booking in and managing trades throughout works and ordering specialist materials. Managing any unforeseen complications through to signing off works with complete customer satisfaction.
