After graduating with a BSc. in Business Management I completed an industry sponsored PhD. in Supply Chain Management within the aerospace materials sector. I joined Michael Page in 2004 where I have been able to use my passion and subject matter knowledge to help build and lead a successful national Procurement and Supply Chain business. From 2018 I led our technical teams in Birmingham these included: Engineering & Manufacturing Procurement & Supply Chain Logistics & Distribution Property & Facilities Management During the last 16 years I have grown, developed and run high performing specialist recruitment teams whilst maintaining subject matter expertise, managing and recruiting technical leadership and senior management roles within the industrial manufacturing and service sectors. In 2020 I joined the Industry and Manufacturing Practice of our Page Executive business focusing on the recruitment of Director and C-Level positions including, executive and non-executive roles within general, commercial and operations management. I am also responsible for developing our expertise within the growing packaging sector.
