Our team celebrates 13 industry-related design awards.I also represent the organization as a brand and public speaking ambassador both nationally and internationally in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia at dozens of industry related events. In addition to world headquarters in Lititz, PA, I’ve successfully launched locations in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, Tokyo, Singapore, and Frankfurt. Clients include an endless list of high-end entertainment and global brands - iHeart, MTV, Miranda Lambert, Miley Cyrus, The Who, Pentatonix, FOX Sports, NBC, The Talk, Ellen, Google, and many more.Before ATOMIC, I worked as the VP at Avis of PA. My responsibilities were largely focused on redesigning and restructuring with an emphasis on process, operations, and controlling costs while increasing revenue.I also served for 24 years as the Dir of Technology Resources for Wenger’s Feed Mill, Inc. which included responsibility for leading and developing all aspects of the organization’s informational technologies, branding initiatives, quality control processes, and triple ISO certification. Recent accomplishments involve a published essay in the book "Lights on Lancaster" (John R. Gerdy), delivering the commencement speech and receiving the Medal of Honor from the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design, as well as recent recipient of “The Special Event Gala Lifetime Achievement Award.” These esteemed awards recognize individuals who have made significant impact in the fields of design and creativity.I serve nationally on the Advisory Board of the Parnelli Awards, acknowledging outstanding achievement in Concert Touring and Live Events. And locally I serve on the board of the Lancaster County Community Foundation, guiding philanthropy and managing endowments that shape Lancaster County.
