This included order of component installation, methods of attaining accuracy of alignment as close as 0.005”, meticulous fabrication scheduling and coordination, etc.• Seismic design of steel buildings and storage structures in the Caribbean islands and Central America.• Complete foundation and structural design and design drawing supply of an open steel building in Cape Canaveral, FL compliant with the Florida Building Code and all applicable structural codes.• Design of spreader beams and lifting lugs for a wide variety of lifts.• Full erection design, including supply of erection drawings with complete instructions, for a pipe truss bridge in Dania, FL.• Design and shop drawing creation of “J-hook” lifting devices for the erection of a bridge in Orange County, FL (SR417/Turnpike Interchange). Each “J-hook” was designed for and successfully load tested to 80 kips.• Pipe flow design and analysis for tank farms to get product to and from tanker ships.• Storage tank design and ring wall foundation design using a design template I created for efficient, accurate, and timely designs.• FEM analysis of pressure vessels, weldments, and structures of numerous types.• Close following of the financial status of on-going jobs using an accounting software, Navision.• Hold the roles of design engineer (structural and mechanical), shop drawing and field drawing detailer, shop project manager, and field project manager f
