I am responsible for the development, deployment and ongoing maintenance of technical training materials along with the associated consultation through training needs analysis, training and assessment. The tools I use include Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and Questionmark Perception.

Wellington

I co-ordinate deterrence, education and informing activities within the Wellington and Tasman regions, liaising with other government agencies to lower safety risk balanced against cost of compliance in regulatory areas of commercial rules, vehicles, road rules and regulatory management. I focus on road users, commercial operators and vehicle owners and have improved interaction with an emphasis on collaboration in dealing with both customers and stakeholders.

I successfully trained Police Recruits for 10 years to drive emergency response vehicles to critical events and pursuit driving. As the Senior Course Co-ordinator, I also developed and delivered training for diplomatic protection, surveillance, dog handlers within the Police and training for Military Police, Ministry of Fisheries, Government VIP Services and the SIS. This training was delivered while leading a team of other qualified personnel to deliver successful outcomes resulting in further courses.I also assessed in Investigative Interviewing for Police nationally as well as assessment of Youth Education Courses and teaching and assessment of Crime Scene Investigation Courses including forensics.

Wellington & Wairarapa, New Zealand

Started off in general duties attending critical incidents in the Wellington Region. During this time I was also on the Police Search and Rescue team and Disaster Victim Identification Team. Worked in the Communications Center directing emergency vehicles and staff to events., Crime Scene Office as an investigator collecting evidence at crime scenes. Worked on the Strategic Response Group as a member of a team to proactively eliminate violence at large events. Spent years consecutively as the Wellington City Community Constable and in Karori as the Community Constable working to ensure safety of it's community by interaction across the social strata with various local entities whilst working with various agencies and local groups. I was an Education Officer with Youth Education Services planning and delivering leaning in primary and secondary schools.
