As a Learning Solutions Advisor, my core responsibility is to take the lead in needs analysis, designing and developing training solutions on multiple concurrent projects. I work closely with highly skilled SME’s by analysing what is actually needed for the learner to gain knowledge of the proposed subject, then design, develop and implement appropriate solutions which maximises knowledge transfer to the learner. I have extensive experience in still and video camera work, along with editing, which adds value to the learning experience. I lead by ensuring values, behaviours and objectives are maintained and improved through collaborative interaction with my team, wider organisation and our partners. I am fair and honest and have strong interpersonal verbal and written skills. I interact confidently and openly in all types of environments managing client expectations, staff, stakeholders and others, both formally and informally.I love building and being part of a happy, cooperative and productive team culture.
