I am a member of Chatham’s Real Estate Accounting Advisory team, which advises clients on valuations and accounting for derivatives and hedging activities. Prior to Chatham, I worked for KPMG Advisory based out of Chicago in their transactions and restructurings group where I focused on IPOs and M&A activity from a technical accounting perspective. I also spent one year with KPMG’s national office in New York. Prior to joining KPMG Advisory, I was a post-graduate technical assistant at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) in Norwalk, Connecticut where I focused on accounting for insurance contracts and responding to technical inquiries on a variety of accounting issues. I am a CPA and graduated with honors from BYU with a BS and Master of Accountancy.
