Rob Baugh has 30 years of experience in the training and security field with an emphasis on program management and Navy high risk training programs. Rob began his career spending 15 years in the law enforcement community in Virginia Beach Virginia. His tenure focused on all training aspects of his department. The career brought many opportunities to manage hundreds of officers as the senior sergeant. Following the terrorist attacks of 911 he moved to US Training Center. While at US Training Center Rob spent 10 years instructing, managing, and directing all Navy NSW and Navy force protection programs. His attention to detail and focused customer service has brought the programs great success and 100% customer satisfaction. Currently Rob is CEO at Global One Consulting Group developing US government opportunities and expanding business into the commercial markets worldwide.
