I'm currently responsible for all Food and Drink purchasing for the Group with a team of 7 Buyers reporting directly into my role. I also have direct buying responsibilities for all Red Meat and Poultry lines.I'm also responsible for the Supply Chain from Supplier into Depot and manage a team of 2 and lastly, but not least, I have a team that manages the link between what the Chef for each Brand needs for their next menu and then make it happen by briefing Suppliers, Buyers and Supply Chain to the time scales as laid out in the critical path for each launch.
