• Assist in the Development of an Regional Wide Data Strategy:Works jointly with the Chief Data and Analytics Officer and other Regional Leaders to develop the data elements and systems for a Trinity Health – New England Wide Data Strategy. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data within the selected data warehouse (currently McKesson). • Embed information, leadership and professional advice at the core of their activities to improve quality and patient outcomes. Act as a link between the clinical side and financial side.• To identify, establish, and promote best use of data analytics to deliver strategic goals; and use of data to deliver transformational change in care outcomes. Support improved productivity in healthcare with a focus on quality and value by the use of advanced modeling and analytics.• Champion the development of a data driven culture that drives continuous and business improvement across the Region as enabler for safe and effective care. Shape the framework for the strategic delivery of health analytics design and implementation. Provide professional leadership in healthcare systems innovation, understanding emerging trends in healthcare information and records.• Coordinate, collaborate and support Health System, Regional and Local Ministries’ decision support/clinical data analysis, and strategic development activities to ensure achievement of the Mission, Vision and overall Trinity Health – New England strategic plans. Identify data analysis needs and assist formulation of plans to close data gaps. • Translate complex quantitative data into presentations that are easily understood by leadership. Summarize and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to all levels of management at Trinity Health – New England and local Ministries.
