- Manager the Human Resource Learning Services team. Roles include Team Lead for Learning Advisors and Instructional Designers. Specialist for software applications, web based learning specialists, technical writers, multi media specialists, digital asset management, data reporting and measurement and evaluation.- Steward all the development and maintenance of learning asset solutions within Suncor LMS and information repository platforms.- Interface with internal learning stakeholders to support best in class learning solutions for the various business units across Suncor functions and operations.- Development, implement and sustainment of the supplier management strategy for HR learningat Suncor. - Manage and cultivate the various partnerships with learning suppliers to maintain and develop solutions to meet the needs of Suncor.- Steward all contractual requirements for learning suppliers.- Steward Oversee budgetary requirements for the team and report as required.- Responsible for recruiting for the Human Resource Learning Services team.- Provide governance and standardization guidance as it relates to learning assets hosted on the LMS and various information platforms at Suncor. - Oversee and conduct testing of Suncor's digital based learning assets prior to these assets going into production within the LMS and various information platforms.- Stay current on Industry best in class for learning and technology.- Identify and manage the required learning technology, software, information platforms and software licenses to meet the needs of Suncor.- Manage the standardization and adherence to Suncor's methodology (ADDIE) for learning design and development.- Analysis of scorecard data with established metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s) related to performance and learning- Steward all of the reporting and project management for all activities within the Human Resources Learning Services team.
