The Production Administrator role consists of the day to day setting up ,running and testing of the Phoenix computer system (MG-ALFA) for various valuation periods, With the end product being providing financial metrics for the business.The role requires a lot of excel work,good communication skills internally and externally,accuracy, attention to detail ,amending model configurations, loading assumptions,assets and scenario's. Also ensuring all work has the correct data available, an audit trail and is thoroughly checked prior running.Following the runs should there be issues,Error reports need to be created and tickets raised with the relevant IT Helpdesk or Support team.

For the past 3 years I have been working for the NHS on the site of the Worcester Royal Hospital :- • Providing Customer Support for 2000+ users over the phone, Users are chasing incidents/requests and asking questions on a variety of subjects.• Working through the Mailbox queue and raising Incidents & Requests for issues and passing them through to the relevant teams to be resolved/processed. Also answering users questions and offering advice and solutions to questions asked.• Creating new user accounts as well as resetting passwords and unlocking accounts using Active Directory• Raising Incidents on NHS fault logging system for user’s issues and passing them onto various fix-groups to be resolved.• Providing first line support for all IT issues, including Laptops, Mobiles, Tablets and Printers.• Escalating issues to various fix-groups & colleagues via the TEAMS messaging tool and keeping users/colleagues up to date with potential issues.• Chasing fix-groups & external suppliers for resolutions to issues raised via tickets assigned to myself so they fall within agreed SLA’s

Processing service requests that come into the department via telephone and e-mail.Dealing with request queries by logging tickets on the Remedy tool should issues arise with requests and chasing fix groups up when they fail to meet agreed SLA's.Also during busy periods assisting the IT Helpdesk with first line duties, Using my previous helpdesk experience.

IT Access Management roles,Creating accounts for external dealer users,updating these accounts and dealing with queries linked to internal and external accounts..Updated accounts with relevant applications linked to Job Roles etc...Supported a Dealer Portal,Which included adding messages,amending pages and general support if the said Portal would go down..

Supported Land Rover and Jaguar internal and external users,Adding applications,resetting passwords,creating new accounts etc...These accounts accessed a Dealer Portal which I also supported,Updating it with messages,images etc...

Provided Front line and Second line support for MG Rover's 300 Dealerships,The role included logging calls,password resets and general software and hardware calls..
