Market comparison, and line research to ensure the product is competitive within there particular market.Meet with QC team on final production samples at the factory and ensure that final spec is followed for main production. Communicate and present product lines to buyers to ensure full knowledge of the product is accepted.

Manage the creative team working on product in the sporting goods category including, bicycles, bicycle accessories, snowboards, bindings, boots, bags, helmets, and gloves.

Design and development of accessory program in both hard goods and soft goods. Responsible for: price negotiation, margin calculation, product development and management of all product categories.Communication with all Kona distributors on there product needs and coordinate production and delivery for there sales seasons.Communicate and present product lines at world product launches to distributors and world media.

Manage western distribution warehouse for Skateboard and Snowboard products.Increased the presence of S & J Sales products in western Canada by providing excellent customer service and quick turn around. Ordering and importing of product from suppliers in US, China, and Europe. Day to day operations of the warehouse and staff and providing reports to the head office.Brand development, attend trade shows and meet with suppliers for new product updates and to create sales programs for new clothing lines to make it easier for retailers to buy into.
