As the IT / Facilities Manager for RPA Engineering, I provided IT services in the form of remote and in-person support for the Corporate Headquarters in Wyomissing, PA as well as two satellite site locations in Valley Forge, PA and Pittsburgh, PA which totaled approximately 100 employees. These responsibilities include, but were not limited to, maintaining the Virtual Windows Servers, Deltek Vision Accounting Servers, Exchange Server and all email administration, networking devices, switches, routers, firewalls, ShoreTel IP phone system and administration. I was also responsible for the planning, coordinating, implementation, and deployment of workstations, laptops, servers, printers and large format plotters, mobile devices and other networking equipment within the company. I was also responsible for analyzing and recommending hardware and software solutions as well as any other technology solutions for the company's ever growing business needs.My most notable accomplishment was the relocation of the Corporate Headquarters in Wyomissing, PA. This site relocation incorporated approximately 50-60% of the company staff and also included the relocation of the entire company’s infrastructure. The move was into a newly renovated building, requiring the planning and coordination for cabling, new servers and rack systems, a new ShoreTel IP phone system, to the final coordination and setup of all of the employee’s workstations in the new space. During this time, I worked directly with the President and CEO, the Chief Financial Officer and various vendors to complete the purchasing of the new equipment and to make the final move. The corporate relocation was a complete success and in doing so had 0% downtime for the company and its employees.

Upper Merion, Pennsylvania

Performed various field walk-downs for most of the major process piping systems at GSK's Upper Merion Facility, which included incorporating the information to existing site documentation via AutoCAD. Worked closely with site personnel on all tasks including the creation and transfer of drawing background information.

Reading, Pennsylvania

Performed various engineering design, drafting and as-built documentation activities in support of Carpenter Technology’s Operations Services Group. Worked closely with area maintenance personnel on small to medium size reverse engineering design projects, which included the scheduling and tracking of man hours to completion of projects. Review and process project level design drawing packages developed by outside contractors, ensuring that the drawings are incorporated and entered into the client’s configuration management system in accordance with established procedures and formats.

Worked closely supporting system engineers with the generation of intelligent P&ID drawings using MicroStation. Responsibilities included the scheduling and tracking of man-hours to completion of project, supervision of multiple drafters, reviewing of completed drawings before submittal for engineering approval.
