Rob Bilo serves as the National Sales Director of Institutional Retirement Plans for Nationwide’s Retirement Solutions business. He is a corporate officer and member of the Retirement Solutions Distribution leadership team. In this role, he leads a team of highly-engaged sales executives across the United States responsible for government, corporate and not-for-profit market sales, playing a key role in the growth of the Retirement Solutions business, a top 10 provider in the industry.Rob has more than 25 years of retirement plans industry experience and has assumed positions of increasing responsibility within Nationwide’s sales organization during his career. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Business Development and Relationship Management, where his responsibilities included oversight of affinity relationships with Nationwide Retirement Plans. He also served as West Region Vice President where he led a government market sales and retention team responsible for growing and retaining plans across 13 western states. He enjoys spending time with his family, including the many outdoor activities Northern California has to offer, such as hiking, skiing, and golfing. Rob is proud to serve as a board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of El Dorado County, as along with volunteering as a Big Brother to a local high school student.
