Audio Director/Lead and sound designer for video games with over 15 years of experience in game audio. I've been Audio Director for teams of all sizes and Audio Lead on multiple award winning titles such as the Mass Effect and Plants vs Zombies franchises. I am responsible for the creative and technological direction of audio on various projects. I am tasked with ensuring the highest quality standards of audio in any project I work on; working with in-house teams, composers and external contractors and studios. When leading projects, I not only own the creative direction and technical implementation for projects but also management of people, scheduling and all that other fun stuff. In addition I like to keep a very active role in asset creation; sound design remains my passion :) As a Director, I engage in strategic decision making, qualitative direction and long term initiatives, it's a pretty varied and unpredictable role!I've had the good fortune to work at a range of successful companies; from the largest corporations like PlayStation and EA to small indies and start-ups. I have built audio departments from the ground up and joined existing departments to lead established teams. Whatever the situation, I enjoy a good challenge!
