Responsible for the strategic management and oversight of the Communications/911 Division; Office of Emergency Management; and Office of the Fire Marshal; also liaison to the Regional Emergency Training Center at Camden County College; and liaison for the Security contract and deployment at County buildings and properties.

Facilitate adult-based learning at the graduate level in the leadership, management, organizational dynamics, and performance improvement curriculums.

Valued member of the Superintendent’s executive command staff. Responsibilities included the oversight of the organization’s human resources, labor relations, occupational health, organizational and employee development, training, and recruiting functions. Also served as the organization’s chief fiscal officer with a fiduciary responsibility of an annual budget of approximately $800 million. Additionally, was instrumental in the strategic planning and implementation of the organization’s restructuring of its administration, human resources, internal affairs, information technology, and records and identification sections. Exceled at creating synergistic and collaborative partnerships throughout the organization, as well as with various public and private sector entities, by using broad administrative, investigative, and general law enforcement experiences to accomplish and maintain the goals and mission of the New Jersey State Police.
