I have been working in the sign industry for 20 years. Starting off in the workshop and learning the sign making process from the ground up. During that time I gained valuable experience in router operation, letter making, digital print and vinyl production. I later moved into the design department working directly with our clients and coordinating all aspects of the design process through to production.My current role includes the management of the design department, providing technical support for our project management and production team. I am also the production control manager, in this role I ensure the steady flow of jobs through the manufacturing side of the business, strategising new processes and ensuring our products are produced to the best possible standards.
