- Managed 12 crews for 2-3-week intervals; orbited between main office and equipment warehouse, facilitated communication between parties, and managed transportation of cameramen and executives to support production.- Oversaw inventory purchasing, procurement, and movement between crews, including tracking stock and obtaining receipts.- Fulfilled last minute inventory requests from management, assistants, cast, and crew under tight time constraints through troubleshooting and quick thinking to maintain satisfaction, deadlines, and compliance.- Project managed the construction of 2 custom musher sleds from initiation to completion by contacting builders, obtaining quotes, communicating project requirements, and delivering them in -40℉ temperatures while ensuring timely completion.- Coordinated distribution by towing 12’-27’ trailers to Fairbanks, AK and loading airplanes to transfer inventory.
