After many successful and rewarding years helping provide much needed affordable housing to the greater Seattle area, I’m currently taking some much needed time off to recharge and to focus on some parts of my personal life that I’ve been neglecting for too many years. I’ll be spending more time with my family, volunteering with my favorite local organizations, enjoying the great outdoors (whether it be on two wheels, on the water, or by foot), and checking off some bucket list items as I contemplate the next stage of my career.

We develop, own, and operate our own portfolio of apartment buildings in urban neighborhoods throughout Seattle.• Our apartments provide stable places to live for more than 2,000 households every year. • We serve low-wage working people, their families, seniors, transitioning homeless families, and those with special needs. • We provide statewide housing development services to other nonprofits so their clients can live in safe, stable homes.• We coordinate with other social service organizations to support our residents who need services.• We help minimize homelessness by creating and preserving affordable housing throughout Washington.• We advocate for resources to increase the availability of affordable places to live.
