•Led the refinancing of Invitel with a €345 million 2016 Senior Secured Note.•De listed HTCC from the USA and re-domiciled in Europe as a private company.•Preparation of carve-out accounts and co-ordination of vendor due diligence reports and successful sale in conjunction with the CEO of the International Wholesale business unit.•In conjunction with the CEO acquired the 4th largest cable operator in order to expand the company footprint.•€80 million tap to existing notes to re-finance near term maturing debt and remove re-financing risk•Responsible for IT function and preparation and execution of an IT road map.

•Responsible for full US reporting (including quarterly and annual filings) and compliance with US securities laws and SOX.•Successfully financed the acquisition of Invitel by HTCC through a € 200m Floating rate note and preparation for the combined business plan for the group and presentation to rating agencies. Contribution to realizing integration synergies.•In conjunction with the CEO led the successful purchase of a regional wholesale data business with a presence in 15 countries. Successfully financed the acquisition through a €100m bridge loan.•Significant contribution to the integration of the Wholesale business unit in to the existing wholesale business of HTCC.•Exit to MidEuropa partners the largest Private Equity fund in Central and Eastern Europe.

•Initial public offering of debt securities in conjunction with private equity owners GMT and AIG (Credit facility of Euro 165 million and Euro 142 million of bonds)•Responsible for all investor relations and reporting requirements under indenture and facilities agreements, including, quarterly conference calls, 20F filing, quarterly covenant reporting and waiver requests. Regular contact including annual review with rating agencies (Moody’s and S&P) and application for a rating upgrade.•Restructuring of the treasury department and implementation of a treasury policy including execution of a significant hedging program. Implemented full IFRS reporting on a quarterly basis and revised monthly management reporting to facilitate better alignment with business units..•Significant participation in Invitel turnaround, including: improved systems and processes enabling head count reduction, stabilization of financial situation, refocus of strategy, and significant cultural change.•PIK note financing (Euro 125 million) which led to a partial Management Buy Out (33%) and acquisition of the leading independent B2B ISP in Hungary•In conjunction with CEO successfully completed negotiations for the sale of Invitel to Hungarian Telephone and Cable Corp (NYSE, 65% percent owned by Teledenmark which in turn was owned by a private equity consortium). Blackstone and KKR responsible on behalf of the TDC owned private equity consortium.

•Significant input in guiding Eurotel through the rapid growth phase in to a mature market enhancing cash generation without sacrificing market position.•Lead role during privatisation (Eurotel is partly owned by the state incumbent fixed line operator) including due diligence and management presentations to incoming investors Participation at all Board meetings, including presentation of financial results and forecasts to shareholders•Responsible for Audit and Finance Committee meetings•Responsible for the budget planning process, ensuring that shareholder targets were achieved.•Restructuring of the Finance Department including centralisation of Procurement within Finance

•Financial reporting (external and internal) including financial input for quarterly (20F; 10-Q) SEC reporting as well as statutory reporting, tax filing and year end audit co-ordination•Internal controls and full general ledger (SAP) responsibility including fixed asset tracking•Extensive participation in an Initial Public Debt offering (Euro 175 million of bonds registered in the US)•Significant input into the registration and comment letter process with the SEC
